From April 17, 2009 through March 4, 2010, GGP’s common stock traded over-the-counter on Pink OTC Markets, commonly referred to as the “pink sheets,” under the symbol “GGWPQ.” Prior to trading on the pink sheets, GGP’s common stock was listed on the NYSE under the symbol “GGP.”
