Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (11/07/2011)

On November 7, 2011, the Board of Directors of General Growth Properties, Inc. approved amendments to the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics to, among other things, include a policy on political contributions. As amended, the Code also contains a number of technical, administrative and nonsubstantive changes.
